Are you ready to tap into the profound healing potential of your own breath? Step into a transformative journey where breath becomes your medicine, guiding you through the exploration of core emotions in a safe and intimate container. This space will be held in the spirit of Shamanism.
Focused Exploration: Each week, we plunge into one core emotion, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in its exploration and healing.
Closed & Intimate Group: Join a dedicated community of individuals committed to their own growth and self-exploration. You’ll breathe with the same group of supportive souls week after week, fostering deep connections and trust.
Guided & Supported: You will be guided through the breathwork process, creating a sacred space for your inner journey.

What to Expect:
- Weekly group meetings where we will focus on and dive deeper into a specific core emotion. You’ll engage in an hour long guided breathwork session followed by an integration circle to allow all participants to share and witness one another.
- A private group chat through the Voxer app, for support & connection between our calls together.
- Journal prompts and ponderings dropped in the chat each week for reflection and integration.
- A safe and supportive space where you can express yourself authentically & without judgment.
- Deepen your self-awareness and cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and harmony.
Every Wednesday evening from May 1 – June 19 / 7:00 – 9:00 pm
Total Cost: $444 per person for the entire 8-week journey.

Join us, as we bring you a unique day filled with heart medicine and healing modalities.
Shamanic Ceremony, Cacao and Art Therapy…Oh my!
This is a day of exploring your own heart, to witness what is there, and transmuting that that is holding you back from your desires and living authentically.
We will sit in ceremony with this beautiful and powerful catalyst, Cacao, as we journey into our heart space through meditation and sound.
I am so excited to be collaborating this space alongside visionary & and intuitive artist, Dylan Rupnow, who will invite you to bring whatever comes up to the canvas. This is a time to let all that is shown to you, come out through the use of paints and your own creativity.
This is NOT “paint night” style, there is no template to follow. Every canvas, like every heart in attendance will reveal something different. This is YOUR heart.
