What is ceremony?

Ceremony to me is a sacred time to gather together with a like minded purpose.

When we sit in ceremony with one another, we sit in sacred space and the energy of the collective who join these circles. The bodies and the souls who choose to show up in community, with like minds for a similar intention, even though the specifics can vary between each individual.

Every ceremony that I hold is unique to what the intentions of it are, and each one will show you something different, whether that be in style and itinerary or what may come up for you inside of yourself. My commitment to you is to hold ceremonial space in sacredness, only with the purest of intentions, and with love and compassion.

Ceremony can be anything from an evening of Shamanic breathwork, a morning of heart opening with cacao and journeying, to a full day/weekend of healing modalities.

Ceremony could also be to represent something significant in your life that is calling you to be honoured in a sacred way. This may be a celebration of union, of birth or life. Perhaps you have a group of “soul family” that are wanting to dive into deeper inner work together. All that you are seeking can be supported here. We can get so specific to the needs of your group, no matter what it is. The possibilities are endless and no two ceremonies are ever the same.

Private Ceremony
